Blokurima contains D-mannose, which has an irreplaceable place in the care of the urinary tract. It is suitable for patients who suffer from frequent urinary tract problems, but also for pregnant women.
D-mannose is a simple sugar that is naturally found in apples and pears, among other things. It is a white, tasteless and odorless powder that dissolves promptly when poured into water. Unlike other sugars, it is not metabolized in any way after being absorbed into the body - it is almost entirely excreted unchanged by the kidneys into the urine as waste. Therefore, its use is completely safe for diabetics, celiacs and pregnant women.
