Allnature organic agave syrup is obtained from agave through a gentle and lengthy process. This process allows the syrup to retain a large amount of nutrients beneficial to the body. The syrup has a beautiful amber color and a thin consistency. Agave syrup is up to 30% sweeter than regular sugar, so it is used in smaller quantities. Its advantage over other sweeteners is that it contains at least 66% fructose and a maximum of 25% glucose.
