Allnature Organic Agave Syrup is extracted from the agave plant using a gentle and lengthy process. It is this processing method that allows the syrup to retain a large amount of nutrients beneficial to the body. The syrup has a beautiful amber colour and a thin consistency. Agave syrup has up to 30% more sweetness and therefore needs to be used in much smaller quantities than the sugar normally used. The great advantage of agave syrup over other sweeteners is that it contains a minimum of 66% fructose and a maximum of 25% glucose.
