Description
The Chinese caterpillar (Cordyceps sinensis) is an alien fungus that grows only in the high mountain regions of China and Tibet. It is one of the most valuable mushrooms in Chinese medicine, having similar uses to ginseng. Cordyceps contains many vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids or coenzyme Q10. Because of the content of these substances, this mushroom is very popular especially among top athletes.

Dosage
1 - 2 capsules per day. Maximum effects are achieved with long-term use.
