Erythritol is a zero-calorie tabletop sweetener suitable for sweetening all beverages, meals and also for baking. It tastes similar to sugar and does not cause an unpleasant aftertaste in the mouth. It is suitable for diabetics and for reduction diets. The sweetness is about 1/3 lower than ordinary sugar.
