Hericium is one of the most popular mushrooms in traditional Chinese medicine. It contains a large amount of beta glucans. The mushroom also contains 19 free amino acids and linoleic acid. Dosage
Recommended dosage: 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days off or 3 weeks and 1 week off. It is recommended to take 20 minutes before meals, with still water or tea.
