Description
Lapacho - is also known as the "drink of the Incas". It has a beneficial effect on the kidneys, helps regulate blood pressure and has a positive effect on microcirculation. It helps to strengthen natural defences and improves the quality of sleep. It has antioxidant properties.
Dosage
Pour 1-2 teaspoons of about 250 ml of boiling water and let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes. Then strain. Always drink the infusion fresh, preferably 1-2 times a day.
