Description
Allnature Matcha Premium BIO is a powder made from tea leaves (Thea sinensis) grown in Japan. It is rich in antioxidants, amino acids, and natural caffeine, supporting focus, energy, and detoxification of the body.
Usage
Classic preparation: Whisk two to three teaspoons of tea with a small amount of hot water (approx. 75 °C) in a bowl until a bright green foam forms. The thin foamy mixture will thicken over time as the powder from tiny leaf particles swells. Then, top up with water to 200 ml. Two servings of tea per day are sufficient to provide an adequate intake of antioxidants.
