Yerba Mate is the leaves and stems of the Paraguayan Cesmina, which grows naturally in Brazil, Paraquay, Argentina and Uruguay. It contains caffeine, antioxidants, vitamins A, B, C, minerals and many other substances. It suppresses mental and physical fatigue and perfectly refreshes the body. It favourably assists in weight control and promotes the elimination of water from the body.
Ingredients
100% BIO yerba maté (Ilex paraguariensis).
Dosage
Pour water at 80 °C over the yerba mate at a ratio of 12 g (approx. 7 heaped teaspoons) to 1 litre of water. Strain after 3 minutes. Warning: contains caffeine, not suitable for children.
