L-Theanine is an amino acid that helps support mental health, induces a state of relaxation, calms and contributes to natural sleep. Hemp seed contains beneficial substances that support muscle relaxation and promotes a calming feeling. Vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and optimal mental activity and participate in the regulation of hormonal activity.
