Description
The most well-known herbs that facilitate sleep include valerian, hops, passionflower and lemon balm. Given their proven historical use over many generations, these extracts were chosen for Barny´s Hypnox® forte.
Even long-term use of Hypnox® forte does not cause addiction. The product is gentle and has no side effects.
Hop (Humulus lupulus) - contains mainly essential oils, flavonoids, hop bitters and substances with a calming effect. It is used for its calming and other positive effects on the human body. Hops have previously been a traditional remedy for states of irritability and insomnia. The main source is hop cones. The content of individual substances may vary depending on the location and type of hops, which is why Barny's HypnoxTM Forte contains a standardized extract with a constant content of substances.
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) - is one of the most commonly used plants for nervous disorders. It contains valeric acid, bioflavonoids and terpenic substances. It has a significant calming effect. It helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep.
Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) - this mythical herb comes from South America. Passion flower extract is known for its calming effect on mental tension, poor sleep, irritability and fear. Recent research attributes this effect to the benzoflavones and their derivatives. Food supplement.
Dosage
1/2 - 1 tablet 1/2 hour before sleep.
