Description
Iron supplements are used mainly for anemia to support the production of blood pigment. Anyone who has experience with taking iron supplements knows that they make you feel nauseous. Iron is indispensable for the human body in many transport and enzymatic systems, but especially in the respiratory chain for the transfer of oxygen between tissues. The current amount of iron in the body in an adult is between 3-4 grams, and the human body loses 1-2 mg of iron daily, which must be supplemented in food. Due to dietary errors, drug interactions or a genetic disorder of regulatory proteins, iron resorption by the body may be reduced. Its deficiency causes fatigue, drowsiness, dark circles under the eyes and can even lead to anemia. Supplementing the intake with common forms of iron is often accompanied by side effects such as an iron taste in the mouth, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal cramps, diarrhea or constipation. The solution is to prevent iron from coming into contact with the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestines. Technically, this is possible by micronizing iron and liposomally coating the micronized particles. The liposomal coating prevents contact with mucous membranes and effectively, without side effects, increases the body's ability to absorb iron several times.
Ingredients (1 capsule 0.331 g): Carrier (Corn starch), Gelatin, Vitamin C 66 mg (L-ascorbic acid, 82.5% RHP), Iron 15 mg (LipoFer® - Liposomal ferric diphosphate, 107% RHP), Anti-caking agent (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Dye (Titanium dioxide), Antioxidants (Sunflower lecithin, Mixed tocopherols α, γ, δ) Vitamin D3 5 μg (Cholecalciferol, 100% RHP), Carriers (Modified food starch, Sucrose), Emulsifier (Medium chain glycerides).
Dosage
Take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach.
