Innovation: BIODERMA has created Photoderm SPOT-AGE SPF 50+, which combines the power of three active ingredients (vitamin C* - vitamin E** - Centella asiatica) and sun filters for broad-spectrum protection (against UV - visible light - infrared radiation), creating a sun care product that reduces the appearance of visible signs of photoaging (spots, wrinkles, loss of firmness) and helps correct them.
The Cellular Bioprotection™ patent (1) protects cells down to the DNA level, stimulating the skin's natural defenses against the harmful effects of the sun. Vitamin E (2) and vitamin C (3) in the form of highly stable molecules. They provide complementary antioxidant protection against a wide range of effects (free radicals). They also help prevent the appearance of new spots. The vitamin C added to the product is three times more stable than the biologically active form of vitamin C called L-ascorbic acid.
Vitamin E is used in its most natural and active form, scavenging free radicals, thus allowing the protection of cell membranes and limiting the effects of photoaging on the skin.
