Dosage
Biomin MADAMe Menopause:
The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules per day after meals. Take 2 doses of MAMADAM MAMES with a daily dose of 2 tablets per day, 1-2 times per day, with sufficient fluids.
CALCIUM OVOVITAL:
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably before meals. Take with sufficient water.
