Description
Hydroxyapatite remineralizes tooth enamel, and active zinc compounds have an antibacterial and preventive effect against the formation of dental plaque, caries and tartar.
The innovative BioRepair® line of products for sensitive teeth was developed by the international company Coswell in collaboration with the University of Bologna in Italy. All products contain a unique patented bioactive formula microRepair®, consisting of microparticles of hydroxyapatite, which is a natural part of tooth enamel and dentin, and added zinc, which activates the effect of hydroxyapatite. MicroRepair® remineralizes tooth enamel, covers irregularities and minor damage in the microstructure of tooth enamel with a protective layer, and restores its structure. The microRepair® formula also effectively revitalizes the dentin structure, closing the dentinal tubules that cause pain at exposed tooth necks. It reduces sensitive reactions of teeth to cold, heat, sweet or sour.
