Dosage
Adults take 1 tablet daily, swallow the tablet and wash down with water. Not for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Ingredients
Zinc gluconate, filler (cellulose), L-methionine, starch, D-biotin, emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
