Biotter Regital Lash eyelash/eyebrow growth serum ensures longer, thicker and stronger eyelashes within six weeks. You can use the serum on both eyelashes and eyebrows. It does not contain parabens and does not dissolve eyelash glue. Apply the serum to clean eyes, without makeup and without contact lenses, in one stroke along the lash line on the upper eyelid, at the roots of the eyelashes. Apply the serum every evening. Warning: Do not use the serum if redness or irritation occurs.
