For best results, we recommend rinsing with Bluem mouthwash twice daily for 60 seconds after brushing with Bluem toothpaste or as directed by your dentist. Do not rinse your mouth with water after using the product, as the active oxygen is still working and rinsing with water will stop this process.

Ingredients
