Ingredients: Magnesium oxide, sodium tetraborate, zinc gluconate, Vitamin B6, Vitamin D3, HPMC capsules. Filler: maltodextrin, magnesium stearate.

Sustained-release capsules suitable for vegans.

Recommended dosage: First 3 months 2 capsules per day, then 1 capsule per day. In case of more serious problems, it is possible to periodically change the increased and decreased dosage after months.
