Description
Long-acting, 100% natural warming cream with capsaicin. It heats the shoulders, back, joints and muscles for over 8 hours at a temperature of up to 50°C and brings effective pain relief. Very effective for stimulating muscles, joints, improving blood circulation, preparing muscles for exercise and subsequent regeneration. Capsaicin warming cream safely and long-term helps with muscle and joint pain and induces muscle relaxation.

Dosage
Apply a small amount of cream (the size of a pea) to the affected area and gently massage into the skin, wait 30 minutes. You can increase the dose as needed. We recommend adding a pea-sized amount. Then wash your hands thoroughly with soap. Do not apply multiple times in a row to the same place. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, you will not speed up the warming process.
