Centrum Silver dietary supplement for women 50+ is a complete multivitamin with vitamins, minerals and trace elements, which was created specifically for the needs of women over 50.
Centrum for Women contains vitamin A, B12, B1, B6, C, K, E, D3, zinc, iron, B2, copper, magnesium, iodine, selenium, molybdenum, chromium, phosphorus, calcium, niacin and biotin.
New improved formulation with higher vitamin D content - 600 IU (International Units) per day (compared to previous formulation) - vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and maintenance of normal bone health.
For healthy hair, skin and nails with biotin, zinc and selenium - biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and skin condition, selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal nail condition.
It contains folic acid, which is important for women of reproductive age, as it contributes to the growth of germ tissues during pregnancy, as well as to normal blood formation and to reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion.
For healthy bones - Centrum for Women contains calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K, which are needed to maintain normal bone health.
It contains iodine, which contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to normal thyroid function.
