Centrum Women's Dietary Supplement is a complete multivitamin with vitamins, minerals and trace elements, which was created specifically for the needs of modern women. A balanced diet is important for every woman to feel and look her best. That's why Centrum for Women's multivitamin is specially balanced to meet the unique nutritional needs of today's women and provide them with vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Centrum for Women contains vitamin A, B12, B1, B6, C, K, E, D3, zinc, iron, B2, copper, magnesium, iodine, selenium, molybdenum, chromium, phosphorus, calcium, niacin and biotin.

New improved formula with higher vitamin D content - 400 IU (international units) per daily dose (compared to the previous Centrum for Women formula) - vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and to the maintenance of normal bone condition.

For healthy hair, skin and nails with biotin, zinc and selenium - biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and skin condition, selenium contributes to maintain normal nail condition.

Contains folic acid, which is important for women of reproductive age, as it contributes to the growth of germinal tissues during pregnancy, as well as to normal blood formation and to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

For healthy bones - Centrum for women contains calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K, which are necessary for maintaining normal bone condition.

Contains iodine, which contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function.
