Food supplement for pregnant and lactating women with a high content of folic acid.
Its composition corresponds to the most modern knowledge about the proper development of your baby, including the updated Recommended Practices of Czech Gynecological Professional Societies, adopted in May 2013. The folic acid content (which is in line with today's views on the nutrition of pregnant women) surpasses current standards common on the Czech market.
Folic acid is important for the normal growth of embryonic tissues during pregnancy. A rich and varied diet can provide approximately 200 µg of folic acid per day, while the recommended daily dose for adults is 400 µg, and for pregnant women 600-1000 µg.
It is suitable for planning + 1st trimester of pregnancy.
