CLINICAL Melatonin Forte + Magnesium chelate contains the sleep hormone melatonin, which helps you fall asleep. Magnesium is important for the balanced functioning of the nervous system.

Our body naturally produces this sleep hormone as needed, but its production decreases with age.

Magnesium is a mineral, the amount of which is important for balanced energy metabolism in the body, as well as the functioning of the nervous system.

Dosage

Take 1/2 tablet a day before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Ingredients (1 tablet 1,000 mg): filler (microcrystalline cellulose) 857.5 mg, magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium) 112.5 mg 30%*, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids) 25 mg, melatonin 0.98 mg.
