DAOSIN® tablets is a dietary supplement containing the enzyme DiAminoOxidase (DAO). This enzyme assists in the breakdown of histamine ingested in the diet. DiAminoOxidase acts in the intestine.

DAOSIN® tablets is a dietary supplement containing the enzyme diaminooxidase (DAO), which helps break down histamine ingested in the diet. The breakdown occurs in the intestine. It contains a histamine-free protein extract (rich in natural DiAminoOxidase (DAO)). Alcohol and some drugs can significantly inhibit the activity of the DAO enzyme.
Dosage
It is absolutely essential to take DAOSIN® tablets before meals (ideally 15 minutes before)! The tablet should already be dissolved and the DAO enzyme contained in it activated by the time the food containing histamine reaches the intestine. Take one tablet 15 minutes before a meal containing histamine, with water. The maximum daily dose is three tablets (equivalent to three histamine-containing meals per day). The contents of the tablet must not be chewed before swallowing and the tablet must be swallowed whole to allow the contents of the tablet to pass through the stomach and the active ingredient to reach the intestine. If you regularly take medicines, ask your doctor or pharmacist if any of their active ingredients may result in reduced breakdown of histamine taken from the diet.

Filler microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, acidity regulator sodium phosphate, emulsifier cross-linked sodium salt of carboxymethylcellulose, polishing agent shellac, pork kidney protein extract, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, polishing agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, acidity regulator calcium carbonate, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), stabiliser polydextrose, anti-caking agent talc.
