Description
It contains a high amount of intense color pigments, thanks to which you can beautifully draw your eyeliner with just one application. The creamy and long-lasting texture lasts on your eyes for up to 12 hours. 12H True Color Eyeliner can be used as a kajal pencil to draw a more intense eyeliner or for a precisely defined line. The pencil is suitable for making up the line inside the eye, so-called WATER LINE = By making up the lower, inner line for optical enlargement and brightening the eyes; ideal for smaller or tired eyes. Thanks to its stability, it can withstand extremely high temperatures - max. 50 °C.
