Description
Dr. Popov's Diuret tea is an effective blend of 7 excellent herbs. The tea supports healthy kidney and urinary tract function (thanks to St. John's wort and heather) and contributes to drainage (thanks to hibiscus).
Dosage
Pour 1 litre of boiling water over four tea bags, cover and strain into a thermos after 20 minutes. Sip the warm tea throughout the day. After a month, reduce the amount of tea to half. After 6 weeks we take a 14 day break and then we can resume. From the beginning it is necessary to limit drinking mineral water.
