Dosage
Using Dr. Popov's herbal drops is very easy. It is enough to take 20 drops of tincture 3 times a day. The tincture can also be dripped into a drink, e.g. water, tea.

The recommended daily dose (60 drops) contains 69 mg of each of the herbs contained.
