Original herbal drops Dr. Popova Nerve Calming is a dietary supplement containing a mixture of herbs for mental well-being and relaxation: chamomile, valerian, passionflower, common sage, ashwagandha, lemon balm, hops and lavender.
Chamomile and lemon balm support cognitive and mental health, positive mood, contribute to relaxation, sleep.
Valerian supports mental health, relaxation.
Passionflower contributes to relaxation.
Common sage and ashwagandha support mental performance, sleep.
Hops and lavender contribute to relaxation, sleep.
100 g of the product contains an extract of 2.03 g of all contained herbs. The recommended daily dose (60 drops) contains an extract of 60.4 mg of all contained herbs.
Package contains 50 ml.
Dosage
The recommended dose is 20 drops 3 times a day. Shake before use, light cloudiness is not a problem. You can take the tincture alone or drip it into water, tea or other beverage.

Water, fine fermentation alcohol (alc. 40% abv.), chamomile flower, valerian root, passionflower root, geranium root, ashwagandha root, lemon balm, hop cone, lavender flower.
