Sage is one of the well-known and traditionally used herbs, in the past it was considered a "cure-all". Sage positively affects the state of the female organism, hormonal balance and the feeling of well-being during the menopause and before menstruation.
Dosage
Take 10 drops of the tincture 3 times a day. The tincture can be dripped into a drink, e.g. water, tea, or drunk well. Can also be used for gargling - 30 drops in a glass of water, gargle several times a day, do not swallow. The intake reference value (30 drops) contains an extract of 87 mg of sage.
