Oregano (common oregano) has long been used as a very useful plant, the oil obtained from it contains about 30 active ingredients.
Oregano is traditionally used to facilitate digestion, helps maintain normal gallbladder function, supports the formation and excretion of bile. It has a beneficial effect on the heart and circulatory system, supports cardiac function, strength and elasticity of vascular walls, contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure.
It positively affects the respiratory system and the body's resistance, strengthens immunity. It is suitable for maintaining female breast tissue and its function in optimal condition.
Dosage
Use diluted, 1 - 5 drops per 100 ml of water or juice 1 - 3 times a day. An average daily dose of 6 drops contains 26 mg of oregano oil. A maximum daily dose of 15 drops contains 65 mg of oregano oil.

extra virgin olive oil, oil of oregano (Origanum vulgare) 20%.
