Usage
1 tablet once a day in the evening before meals put under the tongue and let it slowly dissolve. Not for children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Excessive consumption can provoke laxative effects.
Ingredients
Cyanocobalamin – 20 µg, hydroxocobalamin - 30 µg (vitamin B12) total-50 µg.
