Description

Femibion 3 is a dietary supplement intended for breastfeeding mothers. Femibion 3 contains omega-3 fatty acid DHA, folate, vitamin A, vitamin D, iron, calcium, choline and lutein.

Ingredients in 1 tablet: Folate 400 mcg (folic acid 200 mcg, L-Methylfolate 208 mcg) 200%*, Calcium 150 mg (19%*), Choline 130 mg (**), Vitamin C 70 mg (88%*), Niacin 18 mg (113%*), Iron 14 mg (100%*), Zinc 9 mg (90%*), Pantothenic acid 7 mg (117%*), Vitamin E 4.8 mg (40%*), Vitamin B2 2 mg (143%*), Vitamin B6 1.7 mg (121%*), Vitamin B1 1.2 mg (109%*), Vitamin A 530 mcg (66 %*), Iodine 150 mcg (100 %*), Biotin 45 mcg (90 %*), Selenium 45 mcg (82 %*), Vitamin D3 20 mcg (400 %*), Vitamin B12 5 mcg (200 %*).

Dosage

The recommended dose is 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day. Take them with plenty of water, preferably with a main meal.
