Dosage
Just before going to bed, put 2-3 drops of Adenol on a clean handkerchief, put it to your nose and inhale deeply several times. Then drip 4-5 drops of Adenol on the snorer's pillow. For those who sleep on their back, applying it to pajamas near the face can be effective. The product does not leave stains.
