Gemioptal® TOP Q is a dietary supplement developed by experts in collaboration with the Gemini Eye Clinic. It contains the substances zeaxanthin and FloraGLO® lutein. Lutein and zeaxanthin are essential building blocks of the macular pigment. The macular pigment can be compared to sunglasses that protect the eyes from the daily effects of sunlight, prolonged computer work, or glare from car lights. The FloraGLO® lutein in Gemioptal® TOP Q is more easily absorbed by the body compared to ordinary lutein found in common supplements. The absorbability of this type of lutein is enhanced by the patented Actilease technology used.
