Description
Magnesium B-complex is a dietary supplement with a complex and balanced composition. In addition to magnesium, it contains vitamin B1, B6, B12 and zinc.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion and to normal muscle function.
Vitamin B6 supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B12 helps to reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion.
Zinc, vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to the proper function of the immune system.
2 tablets contain:
Magnesium 375 mg (100%*), Zinc (Zinc Oxide) 8 mg (80%*), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 1.1 mg (100%*), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 1.4 mg (100%*), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 2.5 µg (100%*).

Dosage
1 tablet twice a day, with sufficient liquid.
Ingredients
Magnesium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), corn starch (filler), talc (anti-caking agent), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), sodium carboxymethyl starch (emulsifier), zinc oxide, gelatin (filler), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, cyanocobalamin, polyvinylpyrrolidone (thickener), polyethylene glycol (emulsifier), stearin (emulsifier), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (stabiliser), calcium carbonate (colour).
Warning
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women.
