Description
The preparation offers effective help with restlessness, anxiety and tension. It contains a clinically proven combination of valerian and St. John's wort extract.
In addition, it contains magnesium and vitamin B6 - substances that have a positive effect on the entire nervous system.
GS Anxiolan is gentle on the body.
- St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) contains a complex of active substances (especially hesperidin, hyperforin and flavonoids) that positively affect the transmission of chemical signals between nerve cells in the brain. It thus reduces fear and nervousness, counteracts feelings of excessive emotional tension and has a calming effect. However, it does not affect alertness.
- Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) contains components that increase the concentration of the inhibitory substance GABA on nerve connections in the brain. Thanks to this, it has calming effects and helps with anxiety.
- Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
