Dosage
The recommended dose is regularly 1 tablet per day. The recommended duration of use is at least 2 months. A beneficial effect can be expected after 4-6 weeks of use at the earliest. The preparation can be taken for a long time and it is not necessary to include breaks after some time has passed.
