Dosage
Take 1-2 capsules daily preferably with or after meals. Take with sufficient fluids. If you are taking antibiotics at the same time, make sure there is a two-hour gap between taking them. The minimum duration of use is 7 days. Repeated use is recommended for long-term satisfaction.
Ingredients
Lactobacillus rhamnosus CA15 GIOIA, Lactobacillus crispatus SP28, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (SP1), Bifidobacterium animalis BLC1, FOS (prebiotic). Other ingredients: rice flour, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), gelatine (capsule).
