Usage
Apply the patch directly to the skin in the affected areas of the back, neck, shoulders and muscles. Apply to cleansed and dry skin at any time of the day. After removing the protective layer, apply to the target area. The patch will slowly warm up to a comfortable temperature of approx. 40°C. Leave on for at least 10 hours, remove the patch after a maximum of 15 hours. Apply another patch after 24 hours at the earliest.
