Ingredients
Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) 150 mg, sorbitol 150 mg, magnesium stearate – anti-caking agent 50 mg, HPMC capsule contains 3 mg ZnO.
Dosage
It is recommended to take 2 capsules per day for 1-2 months: 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule in the evening. People weighing over 75 kg are recommended to take 3 capsules per day.
