Inofolic® Premium is a dietary supplement for women based on myo-insitol, alpha-lactalbumin and folic acid (vitamin B9), which contributes to the growth of germ tissues during pregnancy. Suitable in case of increased need for myo-inositol and folic acid. The alpha-lactalbumin contained is able to ensure better absorption of myo-inositol.
It can be taken on any day regardless of the menstrual cycle. In the event of pregnancy, it is not necessary to discontinue the use of Inofolic Premium and it is possible to continue use throughout pregnancy - it is best to consult your treating gynaecologist about the suitability and benefits in the event of pregnancy.
This dietary supplement is also suitable for women who have been taking hormonal contraceptives and want to prepare their bodies for a planned pregnancy as quickly as possible after discontinuing them.

Dosage
The recommended daily dose is 1 sachet twice a day in the morning and evening (total 4 g of myo-inositol per day), preferably one sachet after twelve hours to ensure a steady intake of myo-inositol. The optimal administration period is at least 2-3 months.
