Ashwagandha is a unique Indian plant, known as Indian ginseng, which supports:

Dosage
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day.
Ingredients
Content of active ingredients in 1 capsule:
Ashwagandha (10:1) extract (Withania somnifera, root) 600 mg
Also contains: calcium phosphate (anti-caking agent), soluble cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate (coating agent), cellulose (binder), silicon dioxide (emulsifier).
Warning
Consult your doctor if insomnia persists for more than 1 month or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take when consuming alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Use with caution when operating heavy machinery, driving a vehicle and in activities requiring alertness. Drowsiness may occur.
Do not exceed recommended daily dosage, keep out of reach of children and remember that dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
