Jamieson Chromium 200 mcg is a dietary supplement in the form of tablets, which contains chromium in an optimal, highly absorbable chelated form. Chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and helps to maintain normal blood glucose levels.

adults - 1 tablet per day.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains: Chromium (chelated with an amino acid) ... 200 μg. It also contains: cellulose (carrier); calcium phosphate (anti-caking agent); vegetable magnesium stearate, modified cellulose gum (coating substances). WITHOUT GMOs, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors.
