JAMIESON Magnesium + vitamin B6 with bisglycinate is a dietary supplement in tablet form containing magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide, vitamin B6, B1 and B12. Magnesium bisglycinate has the highest absorption and transport through the intestinal epithelial layer.
