JAMIESON Coenzyme Q10 is a dietary supplement that contains a combination of coenzyme Q10, selenium and vitamin B1. Coenzyme Q10 is partly obtained from food and partly produced directly in the body. It is naturally present in all cells of the human body. The role of Q10 in the body is to produce energy and ensure important defenses.
Vitamin B1 supports proper heart function, contributes to balanced energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity.
Selenium supports hair and nail health, helps protect cells from oxidative stress, contributes to the normal function of the immune system, thyroid gland and spermatogenesis.
JAMIESON Coenzyme Q10 with selenium and vitamin B1 is intended for adults and does not contain gluten or lactose.

Adults take 1 capsule daily after meals.
Ingredients
Coenzyme Q10, vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), selenium (L-selenomethionine), gelatin (beef), carob, glycerol (coating agents); soybean oil (non-GMO), beeswax, sunflower lecithin (carriers). Contains soya and sulphites.
