Quercetin is a plant bioflavonoid with strong antioxidant effects. "Studies suggest that it may also support anti-inflammatory, antiviral and immunoprotective effects."* Reduces inflammation associated with allergic reactions and asthma. Suppresses the release of histamine responsible for redness, swelling of the mucous membranes and itching in allergies. Together with vitamin C, they contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system, nervous system and psyche and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.

Dosage
Adults take 1 tablet a day with meals.
Ingredients
Quercetin (dihydrate) - 500 mg, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) - 250 mg. In addition, it contains: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose, hypromellose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
