Dosage
Adults take 3 tablets daily with food. Take several hours apart before or after taking other dietary supplements or medications.

Calcium phosphate (bulking agent), cellulose (anti-caking agent); crospovidone; modified cellulose gum (thickener); vegetable stearic acid (acidity regulator); vegetable magnesium stearate (carrier); silica (humectant), hydroxypropyl cellulose (coating agent); soluble cellulose (carrier).
