Dosage
Adults no more than 1 capsule per day before bedtime.
Warning
Not intended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. If you suffer from depression, if insomnia persists for more than 3 weeks, consult a doctor. Do not take during driving and activities requiring attention and concentration. Exercise caution for at least 2 hours after taking the supplement. Occasionally, drowsiness may occur. Do not consume alcoholic beverages or other supplements with a sedative effect while taking the supplement. Do not use if allergic to any ingredient. Store at 15-25 °C, out of reach of children. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
