Description
Fytosoja Osteo Bone Nutrition helps prevent osteoporosis (thinning of bones) thanks to its isoflavone-rich formula. Isoflavones are natural antioxidants that have a similar effect to estrogen, but without the side effects. The isoflavones genistein and daidzein are found in Phytosoja Osteo and are the ones that the body can best use. Isoflavones help to regulate the hormonal balance in the body of menopausal women, have a positive effect on the heart and bones, prevent the breakdown of bone mass and improve their mineralization. It is estimated that one in three women over the age of 50 is currently at risk of osteoporosis. Therefore, this product should not be missing in any household.
The composition of Fytosoja Osteo is enriched with vitamin D and K2 for better calcium absorption. The efficiency of calcium absorption decreases after the age of 35, which is why vitamin D ensures the binding of calcium to bone tissue and vitamin K activates specific proteins responsible for calcium deposition and also prevents calcium from being deposited on the walls of blood vessels, which helps in the prevention of atherosclerosis (a disease of the arteries where blood flow is impaired).

Dosage
2 capsules daily, 1 cps in the morning and one in the evening after meals.

Warning
The product is not suitable for: pregnant and lactating women, children under 7 years of age and people allergic to soy. Persons taking blood clotting medications (acetylsalicylic acid and ibuprofen) must consult their physician when consuming this product. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Store in a dry environment, in a tightly sealed container at a temperature below 25 °C, out of the reach of small children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
