Description
Bone nutrition Fytosoja Osteo, thanks to its composition rich in isoflavones, helps prevent osteoporosis (bone thinning). Isoflavones are natural antioxidants that have a similar effect to estrogen, but without the side effects. Fytosoja Osteo contains the isoflavones genistein and daidzein, which the body can best utilize. Isoflavones help regulate hormonal balance in women during menopause, have a positive effect on the heart and bones, prevent bone loss and improve their mineralization. It is estimated that one in three women over the age of 50 is currently at risk of osteoporosis. Therefore, this product should not be missing from any household.
The composition of the Fytosoja Osteo product is also enriched with vitamin D and K2 precisely for better calcium absorption. The efficiency of calcium absorption decreases after the age of 35, which is why the contained vitamin D ensures the binding of calcium to bone tissue, and vitamin K activates specific proteins responsible for calcium deposition and at the same time prevents calcium deposition on the walls of blood vessels, which helps prevent atherosclerosis (arterial disease, when blood flow deteriorates).

Dosage
2 capsules daily, 1 cps in the morning and one in the evening after meals.

Warning
The product is not suitable for: pregnant and lactating women, children under 7 years of age and people allergic to soy. Persons taking blood clotting medications (acetylsalicylic acid and ibuprofen) must consult their physician when consuming this product. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Store in a dry environment, in a tightly sealed container at a temperature below 25 °C, out of the reach of small children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
