Description
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a natural form of organic sulfur found in nature. Organic sulfur is found in all living cells of plants, animals and humans. It is an essential element. After calcium and phosphorus, it is the third most common element in the human body. In the body, it is bound in the biostructure of sulfur amino acids: cysteine, methionine, taurine and glutathione, vitamins: thiamine, pyridoxine, biotin and PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid). Nails and hair are composed of a protein with a high sulfur content - keratin. Connective or cartilage tissues contain proteins with a flexible sulfur bond. Sulfur also plays an important role in the detoxification of pollutants that enter the body through food, inhalation of pollutants from the air or from tobacco smoke.
Dosage
For children aged 7 to 14 years: for the first 2 weeks, take 2 capsules every day, then continue with 1 capsule every day . For adolescents from 15 to 18 years and adults: 2 capsules every day. It is recommended to take them before or during meals. Do not take before bedtime. Always drink the capsules with plenty of water.
